Apartment Building

Lebanon County, PA

Challenge

A three-story, 38-unit apartment building required a temporary drinking water system during a scheduled water main replacement over a five-day period. The temporary system would prevent the residents from being displaced.

Solution

WTI engineered and installed a temporary PA DEP-compliant temporary water system, which consisted of an NSF 61-compliant storage tanker and a variable frequency drive pump capable of providing necessary volume while maintaining the required system pressure.

Results

The temporary DEP-compliant water system provided clean, safe drinking water and maintained system pressure over the course of the five-day project, allowing residents to stay in their homes.
